Terms and Conditions


1. Warranty and Returns:

  • Hardware Warranty: Most hardware products carry a 30-day warranty unless otherwise stated in writing.
  • Return Policy: Goods returned will incur a handling charge of 10-20%, with a minimum of R150. Damaged products must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Refunds will not be issued for products returned with missing or damaged packaging, accessories, or software.


2. Services:

  • Cancellation Policy: All services carry a 30-day written cancellation policy unless otherwise specified in writing.
  • Suspension and Reactivation: Non-payment will result in the suspension of services. Reactivation fees will apply. Interest penalty charges will accrue on overdue services, products, and labor.


3. Payment Terms:

  • Accepted Payment Method: Only electronic transfers will be accepted as payment.
  • Upfront Payment: Orders exceeding R50,000 require upfront payment. Stock will be ordered once funds have cleared.


4. Pricing and Documentation:

  • Price Changes: Prices and products are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Accuracy: Beezer Group (Pty) Ltd strives to ensure that all price lists and documentation are accurate. However, we accept no responsibility for errors and/or omissions. Disputes must be lodged within 7 days via accounts@beezer.co.za.
  • Invoice Acceptance: If no feedback is received within 7 days of an invoice being sent, the customer accepts the invoice as correct, and no changes will be made after this period. Invoices are considered valid and due upon receipt.


5. Ownership and Overdue Invoices:

  • Ownership: All items remain the property of Beezer Group (Pty) Ltd until full payment has been received.
  • Interest on Overdue Invoices: All overdue invoices are subject to interest at the prime rate.
  • Debt Collection: If no payment is received within 60 days, debt collection procedures will commence. The customer will be accountable for any legal fees incurred during the debt collection process.


6. Service Disconnection and Liability:

  • Right to Disconnect: Beezer Group (Pty) Ltd reserves the right to disconnect all services until the entire account is settled.
  • Account Responsibility: Any products and services offered to a single company or person will count as an account. If any one item is not paid, we may disconnect or suspend all services to that customer.
  • Liability for Suspension: Beezer Group (Pty) Ltd will not be liable for loss of income during suspension. We will not be liable or responsible for the loss of property such as phone numbers or domains if services are suspended.


7. Disclaimers:

  • No Liability for Errors: Beezer Group (Pty) Ltd is not responsible for any errors or omissions in our documentation.
  • Limited Warranty: Any additional warranties or guarantees must be provided in writing.


8. Legal Compliance:

  • Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Beezer Group (Pty) Ltd operates.
  • Severability: If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable.
